Antes de sumergirnos en la tarea de darle vida a tu visión artística, tómate un momento para revisar los siguientes términos y condiciones:1. Aceptación de los términosAl encargar una obra de arte, aceptas cumplir con estos Términos de servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, abstente de utilizar mis servicios.2. Proceso de encargo
a. Consulta: para iniciar un encargo, lee nuestra sección "¿Quieres encargo?".
b. Cotización: después de nuestra conversación, te proporcionaré una cotización detallada que describe el alcance del trabajo, los precios y cualquier término adicional.c. Acuerdo: tras la aceptación de la cotización, el comprador depositará la mitad o la totalidad del pago. Una vez que me envíen el ticket, comenzaré el boceto.d. Entrega: Una vez que el comprador haya aprobado el boceto, terminaré el dibujo y lo enviaré POR CORREO en un archivo pdf para mantener la calidad. Proporcione su correo electrónico.
Después de lo cual, finalizará el pago.3. Pagosa. Depósito: Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable del 50% del total de la comisión por adelantado para asegurar su lugar en nuestra cola e iniciar el proyecto.b. 5. Derechos de propiedad intelectuala. Propiedad: Una vez recibido el pago completo, usted será el propietario de la obra de arte encargada, a menos que se especifique lo contrario en el acuerdo de comisión. Le dará crédito al artista por cada uso de la obra de arte. No puede utilizar esto en ningún uso comercial.b. Derechos de portafolio: Nos reservamos el derecho de exhibir las obras de arte encargadas en nuestro portafolio, sitio web y canales de redes sociales, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario.6. Cancelaciones y reembolsosa. Cancelación por parte del cliente: En caso de cancelación por parte del cliente, el depósito inicial no es reembolsable y cualquier trabajo completado hasta el momento de la cancelación se facturará en consecuencia.b. Cancelación por parte del artista: Si no podemos cumplir con el encargo por cualquier motivo, se emitirá un reembolso completo de los pagos realizados de inmediato.7. Limitación de responsabilidadNos esforzamos por garantizar su satisfacción con nuestros servicios; sin embargo, no podemos ser considerados responsables de ningún daño, pérdida o disputa que surja del proceso de encargo.

Art Commission Terms of ServiceWelcome my pahe!
I´m thrilled to embark on this creative journey with you. Before we dive into bringing your artistic vision to life, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:1. Agreement to TermsBy commissioning artwork, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using my services.2. Commission Processa. Inquiry: To initiate a commission, please read our "Want to commission!" section.
a.2 Please before requesting the commission, you must have an outline of the idea or concept beforehand.
b. Quotation: After our discussion, I will provide you with a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, pricing, and any additional terms.c. Agreement: Upon acceptance of the quote, the buyer will deposit half or the whole payment. Once the ticket is sent to me, I will start the sketch.
d. Delivery: Once the sketch has been approved by the buyer, I will finish up the drawing and send it BY MAIL in a pdf file to mantain quality, please provide e-mail.
After which, you will finish the payment.3. Paymentsa. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission fee is required upfront to secure your slot in our queue and initiate the project.b. Progress Payments: Additional payments may be required at specific project milestones, as outlined in the commission agreement.
b.2 An additional payment of 3$ will be added after the third small change request. If the request is major (pose, background, added features) the fee will vary between 5-15$ depending the complexity.c. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the artwork before delivery.
5. Intellectual Property Rightsa. Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise specified in the commission agreement. You will credit the artist with every use of the artwork. You may not use this in any commercial use.b. Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase the commissioned artwork in our portfolio, website, and social media channels, unless otherwise agreed upon.6. Cancellations and Refundsa. Cancellation by Client: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the initial deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.b. Cancellation by Artist: If we are unable to fulfill the commission for any reason, a full refund of any payments made will be issued promptly.7. Limitation of LiabilityWe strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services; however, we cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the commission process.8.
